  1. Okay…wow! What an amazing donburi, Hiro-San! This donburi, along with your Dungeness crab lobster roll, miso marinated o-toro, miso soup and vegetable tempura with plenty of top quality sake and the best green tea would be my last meal!

  2. Hi Chef Hiro San, I cant tell you how beautiful that looks, and I bet it tastes even better. That bone marrow looks delicious. I’ve never had Wagyu, or bone marrow but it’s on my list to try for sure. Thank you for this beautiful dish. 👏👏👏👏👏
