  1. I’m not hating but recipes that aren’t accurate kinda scare me like how u used 1 and like a little bit more tsp of sugar and also all bread recipes need the yeast too rest after put in the water for like 5 min so I was kinda just unsure 😐 if u can make this more accurate it would be great 👍🏼 thank u

  2. I think you should rename this video, maybe just remove the word "French". French bread / baguette conjures up an image of a longer, thinner loaf with a crispier crust that would make much more noise when you cut into it . Normally French bread loaves are scored and sprayed with water before baking, and the oven might be sprayed as well, or a pan of boiling water placed in it to steam things up. I'm not complaining about your recipe; the bread looks fine and I'm sure it tasted good, but it's just not a "French bread".

  3. Thanks for the recipe. I watched many other videos, and this one seemed the most straight forward. I made this today and the bread came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to, and was very simple.

  4. Can't wait to try this but 2 t. salt is way too much for me. I am gonna use just 1 t. And I think I'll use a little more yeast. Most bread recipes call for 2 1/4 t. for a loaf but since I am half-ing like you are doing, I am gonna use 1 1/2 t yeast and I am gonna use half AP and half whole wheat because I have tried just the whole wheat and it's too dense for me… Anyway…Your recipe looks great! I hope you will post more. Thank You!!
