  2. 🕉️🙏 One question please anyone reply. My young brother age 32 year. His physical body do not work properly. Tiredness . He was diabetes also . He unable straight spine . No energy. He is doing pranayam but not able straight spine . Please remember God please suggest want can do to improve his health.🙏

    We live in a country where most of the vegetables and fruits are grown with the help of fertilizers, pesticides & preservatives. So it is safe to eat them raw or cooked?? Or is there any way to remove chemicals from them and what kind of food contains minimum chemicals.
